Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Location: Rosh Ha'ayin

Description: 

  • Perform site-surveys at customer sites.
  • Perform platform installation and configuration at the company facilities and customer sites.
  • Perform system integration and execute the ATP with the customer at the customer sites.
  • Write technical documents such as ATP, Installation and configuration, maintenance, upgrades, preventive maintenance, etc. for the platform.
  • Train the technical staff of the customers on operation, configuration, maintenance and support of the Push-to-Talk platform.
  • Provide L2-3 / second line of support and maintenance for the platforms during nights and weekend, and holidays (rotation duty).
  • Work frequently with CRM on updating cases, site info, etc.
  • Answer to inquires of customers over phone and email – several hours every day.
  • Test new releases in both company labs and customer premises.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades remotely and on customer site.
  • Open tickets and follow-up with solutions with Mobile Tornado's 3rd line of support and with 3rd party suppliers of components of the PTT platform.
  • Support the sales team and the customers during pre-sale activities (demonstrations and trials).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience is required.
  • Administrator level in either Linux or Solaris (both is advantage).
  • Extensive knowledge of bash scripting.
  • High level networking skills (TCP/IP, routing, etc.).
  • Experience in SQL commands (Oracle DB).
  • Knowledge in Windows Server (2008 and above).
  • Experience in preparation of technical documentations.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Visio and Project.

Description: 

  • Working in a dynamic environment using cutting-edge technology.

Requirements:

Description: 

  • Production of the company’s promotional materials and marketing publications. Drafting, editing, proofreading and designing marketing literature and materials
  • Producing data sheets, customer case studies, white papers and sales presentations, internal and customer newsletters, brochures, and social media tools
  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the SEO agencies and with graphic designer
