Job Title: System Administrator

Description: 

 

Experienced System Administration to join our IT department.
The position will consist of building and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, windows servers, Linux servers, storage systems, VMware and other virtualizations, Networking and Data bases administration.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years and above hands on experience as System Administrator - Must.
  • Proven skills and experience in Microsoft Active directory and Windows servers - Must.
  • Proven skills and experience in UNIX / Linux administration - Must.
  • VMware administration of multiple hosts and multiple site management - Must.
  • Knowledge in Networking and security - Must.
  • Experience in Storage devices - Must.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Rosh Ha'ayin

Description: 

  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with the company's strategic partners in Mexico and South Africa
  • Achieve assigned targets for the company's sales in this regions.
  • Direct and guide the Sales Support and Marketing teams, to support the customers’ needs.
  • Coordinate and involve company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet the partner's performance objectives and sales targets in the regions.
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate the partner's needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive the partner's satisfaction by responding to issues and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Manage contract and work with legal counsel as required.
  • Analyze markets trends, including competitive analysis, regulatory changes and compliance.

Requirements:

  • University Degree (Marketing or equivalent).
  • 5+ years’ experience of Sales / Account Management in Latin America, mainly Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.

Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Location: Rosh Ha'ayin

Description: 

  • Perform site-surveys at customer sites.
  • Perform platform installation and configuration at the company facilities and customer sites.
  • Perform system integration and execute the ATP with the customer at the customer sites.
  • Write technical documents such as ATP, Installation and configuration, maintenance, upgrades, preventive maintenance, etc. for the platform.
  • Train the technical staff of the customers on operation, configuration, maintenance and support of the Push-to-Talk platform.
  • Provide L2-3 / second line of support and maintenance for the platforms during nights and weekend, and holidays (rotation duty).
  • Work frequently with CRM on updating cases, site info, etc.
  • Answer to inquires of customers over phone and email – several hours every day.
  • Test new releases in both company labs and customer premises.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades remotely and on customer site.
  • Open tickets and follow-up with solutions with Mobile Tornado's 3rd line of support and with 3rd party suppliers of components of the PTT platform.
  • Support the sales team and the customers during pre-sale activities (demonstrations and trials).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience is required.
  • Administrator level in either Linux or Solaris (both is advantage).
  • Extensive knowledge of bash scripting.
  • High level networking skills (TCP/IP, routing, etc.).
  • Experience in SQL commands (Oracle DB).
  • Knowledge in Windows Server (2008 and above).
  • Experience in preparation of technical documentations.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Visio and Project.

Description: 

  • Customer’s orders fulfillment, including data entry, verification and control of commercial and legal terms, managing schedules and inventory allocation, shipping of products.
  • RMA’s orders handling.
  • Point of contact for customers to resolve specific operational & logistics issues.
  • Assistance to the sales team in generating sales data reports.
  • Work closely with sales managers to communicate sales policies and procedures.
  • Work with the various departments within the Company to improve sales processes.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A).5 years of equivalent work experience in global high-tech companies.

Job Title: Support Engineer

Description: 

  • Working in a dynamic environment using cutting-edge technology.
  • Taking part of the company’s worldwide support team and will play a central role in resolving customers’ technical issues.
  • Providing Post sales services and will work closely with the Sales, R&D and PM teams.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3- 7 plus years of proven experience as a Support Engineer.
  • Proven experience in supporting wireless, data communications, networking/ telecom products.
  • Advanced knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies including 802.11 a,b,g,n & ac technologies.
  • Ability to provide in-depth diagnosis and resolution of complex networking design and troubleshooting, IEEE 802.11 in particular.

Description: 

  • Production of the company’s promotional materials and marketing publications. Drafting, editing, proofreading and designing marketing literature and materials
  • Producing data sheets, customer case studies, white papers and sales presentations, internal and customer newsletters, brochures, and social media tools
  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the SEO agencies and with graphic designer
