JAVA SW Engineer - Romania

Location: Bucharest, Romania
Description:
Our local NMS team seeks a Java SW engineer to develop and maintain Alvarion’s
state-of-the-art unified network management platform.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of new features for the system platform
• Design and implementation of specialized modules to interface with Alvarion’s
cutting-edge equipment
Requirements:
• 2+ Years Java programming experience
• J2EE experience including EJB, JMX, JMS
• Knowledge of object oriented design, UML, design patterns
• Experience with multi-tier architecture
Would be an advantage:
• Experience with networking protocols: FTP, TFTP, SNMP, etc
• Experience with distributed applications
• Database design, Hibernate persistence, SQL
• Experience with Network Management Systems
• Experience with JBOSS Application Server
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Mathematics/ Informatics/ Cybernetics
