Channel Marketing Manager

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Description:
Marketing Manager to join the Alvarion’s Enterprise Global Business Unit

Responsibilities:
  • Build the global Channel Marketing strategy and execute with relevant counterparts
  • Channel Marketing budget management
  • Manage and guide the Distributors direct engagement program, working with HQ team
  • Manage personally the marketing plan of 10-15 Distributors (key accounts)
  • Monitor monthly work plan per Region & per country on a quarterly basis
  • Implement Channel Marketing policies and processes to Channel Marketing
  • Initiate market development activities
  • Achieve COOP budget effectiveness and maximized resource use
  • Double our presence in sites /activity / customer stories within 3 quarters
  • Manage Distributor marketing activity
  • Align with internal marketing teams and activities (e.g. Corporate Marketing)
  • Partner Portal Manager
    • Responsible for new portal concepts in line with partner needs
    • Manage portal activities and initiate new ones
    • Manage work with designer, sub-contractors, writers, etc’
  • Channel Marcom
    • Responsible for partner newsletter and all mailings / campaigns
    • Work with Corporate Marcom coordinating activities, messages, design
    • Manage Channel Assistant (student) for Marcom activities
  • Business Partner for a sub-region / 2-4 countries
    • HQ focal point 
    • Channel structure guidance and monitoring
    • Partner recruitment support
Job Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in enterprise marketing
  • Channel marketing and global marketing a significant advantage
  • At least 2-3 years experience working in Channel oriented business lines
  • Previous experience in collaboration with sales force and engagement with end customers
  • Knowledge of business processes and creating procedures
  • Relationship oriented person with the ability to approach and manage high level executives
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Fluent in English – speaking, reading and writing
  • Willingness to travel extensively – up to 30%
  • Experience and business knowledge of the Telecom /IT market
  • Excellent multitasking and management skills under pressure
  • Team player, motivated, creative
