ArcTel's order, which is for both the 26GHz and 3.5GHz radio frequency bands, follows the company's selection of Floware as a BWA vendor in August 2000. ArcTel orders from Floware, including this follow-on order which constitutes a substantial portion of ArcTel's orders to date, total $3.5 million, of which $1.2 million have already been shipped. ArcTel was recently awarded additional regional spectrum licenses to provide, broadband data and voice services to customers in Germany. These license awards cover five of the largest metropolitan regions in Germany, including Berlin and Frankfurt. With these awards, ArcTel's coverage increased to more than 50% of the small and medium size enterprise community in Germany.

"We are very excited about this new purchase order," said Amnon Yacoby, CEO of Floware. "ArcTel is one of the top players in the BWA market in Germany and is in the process of building a major network in this valuable market. We consider this order a vote of confidence in our products," he added.
