Voice Solution over BreezeMAX
Targeted for both incumbent carriers with V5.2 switches and ‘innovative challenger’ carriers—such as CLECs and WISPs—interested in building or expanding all IP Networks, BreezeMAX enables operators to offer primary voice services, while enjoying the benefits of an all IP solution. Primary voice services enable operators to offer uninterrupted voice connections, while supporting a wide variety of applications, such as G.3 facsimile, payphone, calling line identification (CLI), and CLASS features including call waiting, call forwarding and other vertical services which have been part of Alvarion’s solutions for many years.
Considering the voice service as a primary revenue generator, the BreezeMAX uniquely supports call admission control ensuring voice QoS.

V5.2 Access Gateway
Located at the network side the DUET6004 is VoIP to V5.2 gateway, enables ILEC/CLEC efficiently use their existing TDM switches unused capacity while providing carrier class voice bundled with broadband data services over WiMAX. The solution enables ILEC/CLEC expediting their wireless migration into broadband services while saving the VoIP network CAPEX. The two size V5.2 gateways support different E1 capacity form 2 to 48E1s and co-working with Alvarion IDU-DV and Broadband Voice Gateway CPE IDU.
 
IDU-DV (Data & Voice)
Targeted for residential and SOHO users the Indoor unit, provides broadband data & Class Primary voice service, using SIP network or V5.2 switch. The unit supports one Ethernet port and 1 or 2 POTS and enables uninterrupted service upon power failure. Applicable for fixed ODU in all frequency bands the IDU-DV eliminates the need for multi box at customer premise, therefore reducing maintenance cost. Voice gateway performance is indicial to that of the Broadband Voice Gateway CPE IDU.
Broadband Voice Gateway CPE IDU
The broadband voice gateway IDU provides integrated voice and data services for residential and SOHO users and is available in two models: One 10/100 Base-T data port and ONE RJ-11 voice POTS port; One 10/100 Base-T data port and TWO RJ-11 voice POTS port. Featuring advanced voice and data functions such as VLAN tagging, traffic prioritization by IP DiffServ, H.323 and SIP protocols support, Class 5 voice services (3-Party conference, call waiting, call hold), integrated management and more, the broadband voice gateway IDU presents an ideal solution for operators seeking to serve the combined services of broadband voice and data. The unit support connection to V5.2 switch through the V5.2 access gateway.
