Purchase a single CareTicket™ to take advantage of Alvarion’s expert technicians, including comprehensive phone support and Web-based assistance. Each CareTicket™ includes access to maintenance and update software releases for your Alvarion equipment, license key upgrades, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and PW resets.
CareTickets may also be obtained in advance as a package of 10 for a significant savings if you anticipate taking advantage of Alvarion’s excellent support staff several times a year.
